Among a species known for its joie de vivre, Amphiran Bon Vivants are particularly accomplished revellers, enjoying life to the fullest at the slightest provocation. Garrulous, amusing and witty, these citizens are charismatic firecrackers often achieving an eccentric kind of diplomacy through their sheer delight at the worlds.
