The Heralds of the Last Envoy are truth-sayers, seers and mentors who use the Iron Tarot and an encyclopaedic understanding of probability theory to shape the future by manipulating the currents of chance. Their faith in, and quest for, the Exile is undiminished by time, but it is impeded by poverty.
