The Femme Fatale is a woman of seductive mystery, the embodiment of an alluring sensuality that is altogether irresistible. They tantalise their opponents, ensnaring them in dangerous and deadly webs of deceit. Their manipulative personality makes them an unexpected villain, and their victims never suspect them to be the cold-hearted killer they know themselves to be.

Whether a shrewd scholar, a dusty academic or an unassuming everyman stumbling upon the supernatural for the first time, the Occult Investigator has uncovered strange cases of cosmic horror or witnessed the rising of the thing on the doorstep. Their nights are filled with studying paranormal phenomena and their days with battling malignant cultists, in-bred communities and unnamable entities lurking beyond the veil.
