A Mob Boss might be a senior member of group of lawbreakers, be that a drug cartel, smuggling ring, gang of bank robbers or protection racketeers. Whilst their loyalty can sometimes be bought, they value the respect that is your due almost as much as you like keeping your skin in one piece.
