Skadi, Witch Queen

Skadi, is one of the three Norns of legend that preside over human destiny. Tired of sharing power with her sisters, Skadi murdered Verthandi and stole her power. Hatred grew between the surviving sisters and Skadi now plots to drain the essence of her surviving sister, Skuld.
 
Skadi is known now as the Witch-Queen, a mighty sorceress with power over ice and snow. She lives in the northern mountains and has allied herself with the Atlan Empire. She desires nothing less than sovereignty over all of the Cold Lands.
